60 Juno is an emerging musician from Merced, California, who's been leading the post-punk scene in the Central Valley. The sound is built on deep, dreamlike melodies, and there's a clear line back to the DIY indie-rock that came out of Southern California around 2016. That indie-rock side sits alongside the SoundCloud era of underground rap, and the two meet in a mix of DIY indie and post-punk, played with a sharp energy and sung in a low, gravelly voice.
It's a night for post-punk and indie-rock fans, and it's an 18+ event, so you'll need to be over eighteen to get in. Tickets are £15.40, and the show starts at 20:00 at The Hope & Ruin on Queens Road.
