On the bike side, RPM is a mountain bike stunt show that's been going for over a decade, with a track record that stretches from Glastonbury to Red Bull. What they do is expert-level trials riding: aerial tricks, precision jumps, and the kind of high-skill stunts that work for all ages. There's live commentary throughout, so you'll know what's happening as it unfolds. It's not just a few tricks thrown together; it's a full display built on years of experience.
Sharing the stage is Abi Collins, a British physical comedian and circus performer who describes herself as a 'one-woman entertainment rollercoaster'. She's been compared to a modern Lucille Ball or a female Tommy Cooper, and the act lives up to that: comedy and sharp wit mixed with hula-hooping—up to ten hoops at once—and a cocktail-balancing act. She's spent more than thirty years performing on the street, on stage, and on screen, so she's well-versed in holding a crowd.
The afternoon is split between the two, so you get a bit of both in one go. RPM opens from 13:00 to 14:00, then Abi Collins takes over from 14:00 to 14:40. RPM comes back on from 14:45 to 15:15, and Abi finishes things off from 15:20 to 16:00. It's a family affair, designed for all ages, and since it's free, you can drop in for a single set or hang around for the whole afternoon. The whole thing wraps up by 16:00.
